Shipping timeframe

・Payment via bank transfer; the products will be shipped within 2 working days after the confirmation of the payment.
・Other than bank transfer payment; the products will be shipped within 2 working days after the confirmation of you order, unless the delivery date and time is not specified.
・For the specified date delivery, the products will be shipped just before the date.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations

We do not accept returns and exchange since we handle food items. If our product is damaged, or if you receive something different from what you order, we will pay for shipping and send you new product but you must contact us on within two days from the day of receiving the items. If your product was bought at the Bakery and is faulty or incorrect or you feel that we left out some of your items, please return it as soon as possible to either the store where it was purchased and we will replace it for you.
