Ever since Bellas Cupcakes opened in Takanawa, Tokyo, we have always cherished the desire to "spread the circle of happiness."
The impetus for founding the shop was a feeling that the previous British owner had felt was lacking in Japan. That feeling was that "there was nowhere in Japan that sold 'Mom's simple cupcakes' that were fluffy, moist, and crumbly like those in his home country!"
Our aim is to create a traditional British cupcake that is enjoyed on a warm family table.
Since its founding in 2010, Bellas Cupcakes has been faithfully adhering to traditional British recipes and methods, and continues to provide cupcakes that are both beautiful to look at and heartwarming to eat. Not only are they delicious, but they also make your heart flutter just by looking at them - that's what Bellas Cupcakes aims for.
