Shopping process

1. Select a product

Please select a product from each category, banner, product detail page, etc.
Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button.

2. Confirm the selected product

Please confirm the product, quantity and price and press the "Checkout" button.

3. Checkout

You will be taken to a screen where you can enter your purchase information. Please enter your purchaser information, delivery address, desired delivery date and time, payment method, and coupon code. If you are already a registered member, please "Log in."

【important】
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or changes to orders due to customer reasons after an order has been confirmed. Please be sure to carefully check your order details before purchasing.

4. Purchase complete (Order confirmation email: automatically sent)

After your purchase is complete, we will send you an email confirming your order. Please check that your order details are correct.
*If you have not received the order confirmation email, it may have been sorted into your "spam" folder, so please check there. If it has not arrived in your "spam" folder either, please check the email address you entered in "Customer Information" once again.

5. Delivery of Products

The product will be delivered to your specified address by Yamato Transport Cool Takkyubin (frozen delivery).

Membership registration

When ordering, you must register as a member. Coupons issued upon registration can be used immediately.

About coupons

Please enter the coupon code on the checkout screen. Coupons will be issued when you register as a member or during campaigns and events. (Information about coupon issuance will be posted on this website or in our email newsletter.)
Only one coupon can be used per order.

About the product

Expiration date

Once you receive your frozen cupcakes, please store them in the freezer and consume them within 7 days. Once thawed, consume them within 2 days.

How to eat (thaw)

Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for approximately 3-6 hours. After thawing, remove from the refrigerator and let sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the cream to become fluffy before serving. Alternatively, thaw in a cool, dark place for approximately 2-3 hours, then allow to come to room temperature before serving.
*If you thaw it from frozen in a high room temperature all at once, the topping may crumble. *Please do not refreeze it once it has been thawed, as this may cause a deterioration in quality. Do not thaw it in the microwave or oven, as this will cause the cream to melt.

Allergies

This product contains egg, wheat and dairy products. We manufacture this product in the same facility as our desiccated coconut products.

Delivery, payment and other information

How to receive your order (cooled delivery service/frozen delivery)

The cupcakes will be frozen immediately after being made and sent to your specified address via Yamato Transport Cool Takkyubin.

Postage

The product price includes shipping (Okinawa Prefecture only: additional shipping fee of 990 yen).

Payment Methods

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer (prepayment).
If your bank transfer payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Receipt

If you would like a receipt issued, please contact us and provide your order number, recipient's name, and any notes.

Return and Exchange Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or changes to order details due to customer reasons after the order has been confirmed.
We take every precaution to ensure product quality, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is different from your order, or if the product is damaged or defective due to an accident during delivery, we will promptly arrange for a replacement product.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your name and order number.
