This guide is for those ordering from outside Japan for someone special living in Japan — family, a partner, friends, or colleagues — as well as for travellers currently visiting Japan.
Please note: We only ship within Japan. We do not offer international shipping, and this will not change in the future.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB are accepted.
- Shop Pay — Save your details for faster checkout on future orders.
- Google Pay — Available on supported devices and browsers.
- PayPal — Pay securely using your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer (銀行振込 / Pre-payment) — Transfer payment directly to our bank account before the deadline. Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.
All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Frozen Delivery for Perfect Quality
To protect the delicate quality of our cupcakes, all orders are shipped via Yamato Transport's Frozen Courier Service (ヤマト運輸 クロネコ冷凍便). Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the package and can store it in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
We deliver exclusively within Japan. We do not ship internationally, and this will not change in the future.
Our cupcakes are carefully packed to minimise movement and damage during transit. Please note that mini cupcakes may arrive tilted or turned on their side inside the packaging. When thawing, please make sure to gently stand them upright before beginning the thawing process.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available nationwide across Japan.
⚠️ Please note that delivery to Okinawa Prefecture incurs a shipping fee of ¥990.
Delivery Time Slots
You can specify a preferred delivery time slot at checkout:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Night: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shipping to a Hotel
If shipping to a hotel, please clear it with the front desk in advance and ensure the guest's registered name is on the shipping label.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the Yamato Transport website.
Expiration Date & Storage
Once you receive your frozen cupcakes, please store them in the freezer and consume them within 7 days. Once thawed, consume them within 2 days.
How to Thaw
For the best experience, we recommend one of the following methods:
- Refrigerator (recommended): Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for approximately 3–6 hours. After thawing, remove from the refrigerator and let sit for 15–30 minutes to allow the cream to become fluffy before serving.
- Cool, dark place: Thaw for approximately 2–3 hours, then allow to come to room temperature before serving.
⚠️ If thawed from frozen in a high room temperature all at once, the topping may crumble.
⚠️ Please do not refreeze once thawed, as this may cause a deterioration in quality.
⚠️ Do not thaw in the microwave or oven, as this will cause the cream to melt.
Allergen Information
This product contains egg, wheat, and dairy products. We manufacture this product in the same facility as our desiccated coconut products.

最高の品質を守るための「冷凍配送」
カップケーキの繊細な品質を守るため、すべての商品はヤマト運輸の「クロネコ冷凍便」にてお届けいたします。お届け先の方が確実に荷物を受け取り、到着後すぐに冷凍庫に保管できるよう、事前の確認をお願いいたします。
※商品は日本国内限定での発送となります。海外への発送は承っておりません（将来的にも対応の予定はございません）。
商品の梱包には、輸送中の揺れやダメージを最小限に抑えるよう細心の注意を払っております。ただし、ミニカップケーキについては、パッケージ内で少し傾いたり、横に倒れたりした状態でお届けとなる場合がございます。 解凍を始める前に、必ずそっと正しい向き（上向き）に直してから解凍を行ってください。
配送料金
日本全国どこでも「送料無料」でお届けいたします。
⚠️ 沖縄県への配送のみ、別途990円の送料がかかりますのでご了承ください。

チェックアウト時に、ご希望のお届け時間帯をお選びいただけます。

ホテルへの配送を希望される場合
滞在先のホテルへの配送を指定される場合は、事前にホテル側へ「冷凍の荷物が届く旨」を必ずお伝えいただき、お届け先の名義には「ご宿泊者様の登録名（フルネーム）」をご記載ください。
配送追跡
商品の発送が完了しましたら、追跡番号が記載された発送確認メールをお送りいたします。ヤマト運輸のウェブサイトより、お荷物の配送状況を直接追跡いただけます。
賞味期限 ＆ 保存方法
冷凍状態のカップケーキを受け取られましたら、すぐに冷凍庫で保管し、7日以内にお召し上がりください。なお、解凍後は2日以内にお召し上がりください。
美味しい解凍方法
最高の状態でお召し上がりいただくために、以下のいずれかの方法での解凍をお勧めいたします。
- 冷蔵庫での解凍（推奨）：冷蔵庫に移し、約3〜6時間かけてゆっくり解凍してください。解凍後、食べる15〜30分前に冷蔵庫から出して常温に馴染ませると、クリームがふんわりとしてより美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。
- 冷暗所での解凍：直射日光の当たらない涼しい場所で約2〜3時間解凍し、常温に戻してからお召し上がりください。
⚠️ 解凍時の注意点
- 冷凍状態から高温の室温で一気に解凍すると、トッピングが崩れる原因となりますので避けてください。
- 品質低下の原因となりますので、一度解凍した商品の再冷凍は絶対にしないでください。
- クリームが溶けてしまうため、電子レンジやオーブンでの解凍は行わないでください。
アレルギー情報
本製品には卵、小麦、乳製品が含まれています。また、当店の製造施設では、ココナッツ（ココナッツパウダー）を含む製品も生産しています。
